Healing happens in connection

Attachment patterns are formed in relationship, and they heal in relationship, too. Group coaching gives you a warm, confidential space to learn how attachment works, reflect on your own patterns, and practice showing up as your real self with other women who understand.

There’s something powerful about hearing someone else describe exactly what you thought only you felt.

This is a good fit if…

  • You’d find it comforting to hear others name what you’ve been feeling.
  • You learn well through conversation and shared stories.
  • You want ongoing support at a more accessible price.

How it works

  1. 1

    Join the circle

Reserve your place in the next group. Groups are kept small so everyone has room to be heard.

  2. 2

    Learn together

Each session explores one part of attachment, from core wounds to needs and boundaries.

  3. 3

    Get coached

Bring what’s happening in your life. You’ll receive coaching, and learn from watching others receive it too.

  4. 4

    Practice between

Small weekly practices help the insights land in your real relationships.

Groups are intentionally small so there’s time and space for everyone to participate.

Never. You’re welcome to listen until you feel ready. Many women find they get a lot from simply hearing others.

Yes. Every member agrees to keep what’s shared in the group confidential.

No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, but it can be a supportive complement to it.

Not sure which option is right?

A free discovery call is the easiest way to find out. Or start with the assessment and see what your pattern is.
